Going by last year's team, we need someone who can work on his own up front, with little support from midfield. Someone who won't get frustrated with the situation of being alone up front, and not having a rush of midfield players coming forward wanting to attack.

But, I think we have some more attack mjinded midfielders now, and I think the one up front was a necessity more than a Gus preference, so I'm not sure we can know what type of striker we need until we see the way gus wants to play this year.

Generally though, I want one that is consistent, whichever category he fits into above.
