What SHOULD have won best British Album?

Im not slagging off fellow Sussex types BUT I am pretty sure Keane's album is not the best British Album of this last year.

I would have gone with The Streets 'A grand don't come for free'.

Not only did it sound great but it actually tried to push music in a new direction.

Had anyone heard of a 'Chav,rap,hip-hop,concept album' before?

Galvanise is one of the best songs I have heard in a long time.

Believe is a great track.

Come Inside is a good track that builds up to a decent crescendo.

The whole album is good.

Don't buy it on my say so though Braders, see what everyone else thinks to it as well.

I hate the NME but some just because they champion a band does not always mean the band are crap.

I was surprised that Razorlight's album was not included as I thought this was very good.

You think Ritchie? It is far better than their last effort and their are some corking tunes on it but it is still Chemical Brothers by numbers at the end of the day. Certainly not as good as Dig your Own hole.

Snow Patrol should have won by a country mile. while i like Keane it all just blends into one long track, there's just no variation.

Oh, and Chemical Brother is top banana. Would also like to recommend Mylo.
