I had a french stick with minted lamb, washed down with 2 pints of Stella and a packet of Thai Sweet Chilli Sensations. It really hit the spot. Tonight, I'm having a Chinese.

a 40 minute match of squash, Chicken Jalfresi and rice, followed by a few jaffa cake bars and a cup of tea.

I had an organic roasted vegetable and humus sandwich. No mayo. Very nice it was too.

I'll be in a pub in Brighton by 6. I'm looking forward to it.

I had a freshly made Beef and Tomato soup, complimented with a 40g back of 'Smoked Ham and Pickle' Branigans.

Still hungrey so have just 'beefed it up' with a Hula Hoop chaser.
