The club said that applications would be dealt with strictly by order of date of submission. How come some STHs who submitted after the Swansea game got tickets whilst STHs who submitted on the evening of game didnt?

The exact question I have asked the club in my letter.

Mine has not even been opened yet and there are many others the same.

Not true in all cases.

I'm an STH, submitted my app at the Swansea game and got one.

Admittedly, the whole thing does seem to be very random and inconsistent, to say the least.

Well mine went in the one outside the ground.

I think there is something very wrong here - how can I be told I have not got one when the application was not opened.

Announcement - everyone who applied via bin at ground will get ticket.
5. Post Thursday
6. Post Friday
7. Oh shit - we forgot the bin outside the ground that's still in xxxxx's car boot.
8. Rest of applicants.

I also applied at the Swansea game. I phoned the ticket office and was told I wasn't successful. I think BH is in the same boat.
