Any other business, Mcghee his staff and some of the players would have been sacked for given some very bad performance's and yet all are still there. Know we can not afford to pay him off, if sacked, so why don't Brighton give him another job, like making tea, cleaning boots and washing kits. Let Butter's manage the rest of the season.

Cant imagine MM being kicked upstairs and made a Director of Football somehow.
