Website & E-mail Hosting

Can anyone recommend a good site/server/supplier/whatever for website and e-mail hosting? I know there's several options, but if any one uses one and can recommend (or tell me to avoid) any in particular that would be great!

I don't need a particularly high capacity, or bandwidth, but POP/SMTP (or whatever it's called) is needed.
