i have it on excellent authority that we have ooodles of dosh now for players.

MM and Booker are both off the payroll as is Keeley.

Murdoch probably wont be on much,,,so that is oodles and oodles of cash to spend on players

or there again.....

oodles and oodles to either go into the Falmer Pot or oodles to pay for the next set of consultants report as to why sheepcoat is not an option.

or.....Dicks villa may need a new filter on the pool!

no they spent their time fielding wankers abusing them when they didnt get fa cup tickets.....be interesting to see what happens when a computerised system is issuing tickets and people dont get them.

Who's the excellent authority - Robert Maxwell?? Jeffrey Archer?? It's still less than MM had to work with, and that's from the Chairman's mouth, so there can't be that much given that we have renewed most of this season's worse than average squad!

Dick Knight on seagulls world today says we have agreed a fee for a striker and the striker will discuss terms next week also another fee agreed for another player and he hopes Whing signs next week.Sounds like we could be getting at least 4 or 5 players:eek: and 2 of them for a transfer fee:eek:

Yes it was, but isn't it also common knowledge that the Chairman has admitted since his phone-in interview that the budget DW has this year will be less than MM had this time last year?

Agreeing fees means shit-all quite honestly. How many times have we heard that this last 18 months, and how many players have materialised after transfer fees 'had been agreed'?

Very true, in our position agreeing a fee is relatively simple. We can either afford the player or we can't but whether the player wants to come here or not is another matter all together, not to mention whether we think theyre worth the wages they are asking for.

How true. I'd like to hear the a phrase along the lines of ".......is going to sign after having seen the facilities at withdean"

But did MM spend all of his budget?
