Waking up John Catt...

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
Dear Insider Sir,

In another attempt to generate a further increase in the Withdean atmosphere, would it be possible to rope the Salvation Army or even a local Brass Band to perform "Good Old Sussex by the Sea" before kick off or at half time? Perhaps with the full lyrics of the tune in the programme for those that do not know it. Or would this compromise our planning permission? Or simply, would this be a bad idea?

Many thanks and keep up the good work,

BoF.

I know BOF has had no luck yet in getting the build up music changed but I wish him well. Atilla's choice of records is not everyone's cup of tea and I can well understand certain residential objections.

Given the age range of supporters could we not have something every so often that would be more inspiring and get us going? I noticed when Gully's girls were dancing to the Scissor Sisters old men around me were tapping their feet and clapping. I'm sure Gully's Girls helped but the music was......... well ........forgive me Atilla....... recognisable.

Sorry Atilla
