villa tickets help needed

so im a season ticket holder and i have tried logging in to buy my villa ticket but i dont no my password. i have tried the email me my password option but it seems they either dont have my email or have it down wrong. as i did not actually register myself on the site, they did it for me how can they no my email address?
anyway i cant get on to buy my ticket the phones lines are shut what can i do?

Try putting your postcode in as the password, must be lower case with no spaces.

Also might be worth checking your FAN Number is correct, it is printed on your ST.

If that still does not work email for your FN and password.

Don't panic you've got until the end of the priority period for Gold and Blue Members to sort this out.

hmm,

my password is UPPER CASE (postcode) with no spaces.

But the ticket system worked flawlessly.

Might not be case sensitive... perhaps try both if one doesn't work!?

Just an aside, when you do finally get on the site, it's worth updating your contact details. I had old phone numbers and an out of date e mail address on mine.
