Username instead of fan number

I guess the system might not allow this but would it be possible we can log into the clubs ticket system online using a username rather than fan number.

Much easier to remember and you won't have to search around for a card or old ticket stub.

No, it is by number I am afraid. Next season smart cards will have the number on them.
