What do you mean by the worst day? I can think of worse times around then.

This one springs to mind - I was sure we were relegated after this game, and was pondering the prospect of us moving into our new ground as mid-table League 2 plodders.

That's the season Norwich got spanked 0-7 by Colchester and ended up being promoted wasn't it? Paul Lambert the then Colchester manager took pity on Norwich, who sacked Brynn Gunn (?) for the drubbing, and became their manager.

Seems history is repeating itself for Salde after a good first season/part season he is now struggling again at Orient
