2. What is the definition of 'Matchfit' and does it not apply to the 11 who start week in and week out?

Or because he earned his chance. Or because as caretaker the team played well. Or because Knight spoke to Wilkins and felt he could do a good job. There could a one main reason or lots of reasons none of us can say for sure.
