I hate when people don't give the full story!

What Mr Cortessi fails to mention is that this is motorized and he regularily drives it along the pavement shouting at passers by to move out of his way.

Its a vehicle, it deserved the ticket (also should it be on the road without tax? i mean....he does drive it along the road after all and use it to get place to place!)

He was on the radio this morning. Because it is electric, the bus falls in to the same category as mobility carriages so he is therefore allowed to drive dangerously on pavements.

The ticket got cancelled because although it shows a number plate it is made up.

Isn't it an offence to display false plates?
I think it's quite cute, and hardly takes up any room.

Seriously? If so, that law is well out of date. You can buy fast electic cars (like a Lotus Elise)
