A saw another episode of that f***ing "Keeping Up Appearances" the other day. If thats the benefits that time travel will bring us you can keep it.

I think this is fixtures but THEORETICALLY time travel is possible.

If you travel at very fast speeds (approaching speed of light) time slows down significantly for the traveller relative to other slower people. So you can travel into the future (just impossible to go back to where you were).

Time travel backwards is not possible but it is possible to view past events such as the shooting of JFK, Battle of Trafalgar or dinosaurs on Earth. When you see things, you're actually receiving light rays bouncing off the objects being viewed and hitting your eyes and then decoded by your brain. There are countless light rays travelling in the universe that bounced off dinosaurs etc that haven't struck anything so all you need to do is get a few of those light rays hitting your eyes and you can experience the past.

Only trouble is that you would need to travel faster than the speed of light to overtake the rays so that you could view them....:dunce:

He said we will try and go back to the 13th or 14th of June. I am taking bets now on whether we can do it.

Wish me luck...........................

See you when I get back

If time travel is ever invented, then it has been already.

Can your friend get Robinson to take on the shot himself?

Can he go back to the Posada circa 1968 and stop me going in to a meeting that would doom me forever.?

Bugger.

Thats the thing with time travel. You can come back when you want. I`m going back in time to Thailand soon, when it was known as Siam and a long time before they even did mail order brides Franky baby.

Sadly for you, Frank's mail order bride is from the Phillipines I believe.
