Don't drink them. There is a cure on youtube involving organic vinegar I think... Just type in cough cure into youtube. Can't get on it now as it's blocked at work

Blackcurrant Lemsip is nice enough that I'd ALMOST consider drinking it even when not ill.

If you must buy them, buy shop's own brand, as the active ingredients (ie. the things that are supposed to make you feel better) are EXACTLY the same.

As for the lemsip, a spoonful of sugar, little bit of water and down the f***ing thing. Sorts me out everytime. Ohhh and get some Halls Extra Strong sweets.
