That's a fridge that's designed to look like a cardboard box so that, when your boss sees it, he doesn't know that there's a fridge there. He thinks it's just a cardboard box.

Then when he's not around, I bet you get one of the cans of beer out and drink it.

That way, you can have a secret beer at work without your boss knowing.
