It really is beyond a joke.
I was worried that work would interfere with Sat 3pm kick off.
To that end I waited for assurances from my boss, before buying ST's, and due to the delay we got 'lesser' seats.

Why did I bother!.

It's a function of doing so well this season, if we were 16th we wouldn't be on TV

Or if we only played shite opposition, like oh I don't know, Palace perhaps.

I expect it'll mean a combination of undertaking some tedious decorating jobs, taking the kids running and in those rare solitary moments, wanking over internet porn or alternatively watching the other soccer scores come in over a nice cup of tea and a biscuit

We should definitely downgrade our catering to the media. Often gets a mention when 5live cover our matches. They just want to come back for more!

Think the atmosphere last night helped too?
Lots of neutrals, at work today, made a point of saying how much they enjoyed watching the game.

I can heartily recommend county league football. Usually a fiver to get in, quid on the raffle, and you can lush it up (in plastic glasses) while watching the game till your heart's content. AND you get to make lots of interesting new friends

Raking up leaves.
Early Christmas shopping.
Going out on the lash Friday night and having more time to recover.
Watching/recording Rugby World Cup matches at the business end of the tournament.
Walks in the park when the sun is shining and the leaves have turned golden yellow/orange and red - beautiful.
