The significance of last night's result - odds to win League 1

This seems odd. OK, we won yesterday against the bottom club (and more importantly, other results see us go 3 points clear), but...

I checked the Ladbrokes odds on Monday for us finishing League 1 champions, and we were 5th favourites (behind Soton, Wednesday, Huddersfield Town & Peterborough).

Admittedly not with everyone, and a quick check on oddschecker shows most still show us as neck and neck in a top 5.

Much more humorous is the fact that all the betting exchanges that show Southampton shorter odds to beat us to League 1, also show them shorter odds to be relegated.

It's absurd to think that Southampton are still similar odds for the title as the Albion.

It's not that Southampton won't win it, but their odds are completely ridiculous. And can anyone really see this Albion side giving up 11 points on any team this season? We've only actually dropped 7 points in 10 games!
