Do you like them or like me do you think they are a load of toss that gets in the way of other TV in the same way Wimbledon does?

I watch it when I can but I am always disappointed at our results. Henman out in the first round (no change there then) and our other hopefuls come fourth or fifth. Sigh - this Olympic lark can be quite depressing.

Did you see some of the womens weightlifting, I think a Gillette mach 3 razor might help some of them, and I do not mean under the arms.

I like the variety of sports, it a great shame the majority of Greek people don't share my enthusiasm as most stadia / arenas look half empty.

It's good in places once the athletics starts - but it's always so dull when it starts with swimming (yawnnnnnn)

My interest wanes now. We have no "superstars" that are almost guaranteed to win golds. I used to love watching Steve Ovett, Seb Coe, Daley Thompson, Tessa Sanderson, Fatima Whitbread, Steve Backley, Jonathan Edwards, Steve Cram, Roger Black, Kris Akabussi .......what has happened to British athletics recently
