To hit a ten, in archery, it's the equivalent of standing at my seat in the East stand, and hitting a CD being held up in the West Stand.

The Italian men's team needed a 10 with the last shot.

Marvellous scenes at Lord's this morning as British archer Naomi Folkard comes back from a shaky start to clinch her first round match in the deciding set.

Conditions here could hardly be better for shooting and we've seen some stunning three-10 ends already. Never thought I'd find archery so exciting.
