Clearly? I disagree. He played for Middlesbrough too. I don't think you can make much of a claim that he's Premier League class. He's a journeyman who had a chance in the big league, fair play to him, but I don't think he was ever good enough for that standard. I wouldn't oppose us signing him, though.

Yeah but still he was last contracted a premier league player and in my mind could play for someone like West Brom .
