Finished four night shifts 2 days ago and my brain is still completely out of sync.

Back on earlies tomorrow and I can pretty much guarantee that I'll struggle to sleep tonight, despite having been awake since 5am :angry:

I have a couple of mates in the same line of work as your good self, they say the same about the shifts, their bodyclocks are all over the place i guess its the same with many shift workers though?
