enable the Council to provide clear leadership to the community in partnership with citizens, businesses and other organisations;


Where did the partnership with citizens, businesses and other organisations come into play when deciding on a judicial review ?

Part 2 1.3b

support the active involvement of citizens in the process of local authority decision-making;

That was my feeling but I guess they would find some way I turning it their favour

Not forgetting their concerns in interfering with something ultimately very positive to our community, the pride and profile of Brighton, Sussex and the country, the furtherment of sport and health, along with the expansion of local entertainment and the University of Sussex health research.

They are luddites, and should be dunked in some local pond...or cesspool..... or roll them down a hill in a barrel.
