Not going to talk about the result because it will only start trouble.

My view of the amex.

Good points - Looks fantastic from the outside, not as good from the inside but still looks good. The noise you can create in there is fantastic as well. Big screens were a good viewing.

Bad points - Who's idea was it to put the away end on the far side from the station? The station was a joke but the police did not help things. The Pink and Blue lighting under the stand was a failure. Run out of beer before kick-off oh and shit stewards who took a Palace fan through the home end.

Sort those things out and its a good stadium.

Where did you want to be put - the end closest to the station? Bollocks.

And you didn't run out of beer before kick-off. You're making that bit up to ensure that 'bad' outweighed 'good'.

Still, looking forward to your three cowsheds and a stand soon.

Always thought that was a stupid decision as you could easily create a walkway direct onto the station from the north end to keep home and away fans segregated, ala Millwall

The lighting is controlled by colour filters , they might have misplaced the red so borrowed a filter from the North Stand

Actually the Fosters ran out.
Pride and Harveys was still on.

But Brighton fans aren't thugs (barring the odd tw*t), unlike alot of Millwall fans.

I thought having pink and purple was quite funny. Palace fans were never going to admit this stadium is lovely

I agree re the lighting, not quite as good as it has been sold I don't think. Sort of agree re the station, although arguably not as many if not more people will park and ride or coach and the coach park is right next to the away fans.

Well get some exercise then. It's hardly a Bristol City or Leeds United where you have to walk miles to and from the station. Geesus!

Right here, right now
Presume you didn't like the seats or toilets as you ripped out some the seats and vandalised the toilets?!?!

Like a bunch of jealous kids who can't stand anyone, let alone their rivals, having something better than they have got.

Brighton fans aren't thugs, but for games against the likes of Palace and when some of the other well 'ard clubs come down having 2500 away supporters walk the length of the stadium through thousands of opposition fans is asking for trouble - it only takes a couple of idiots after all

It will get better, it's completely unfinished.
Bad points - Who's idea was it to put the away end on the far side from the station?
It had to be the south stand, can hardly give the North to the away fans. Having to walk a few yards to the station is hardly a big deal, remember most teams won't sell out the away end.

The Pink and Blue lighting under the stand was a failure. Run out of beer before kick-off oh and shit stewards who took a Palace fan through the home end.
I expect they'll sort most of these things out.

To be honest I have seen a lot more postive comments about the stadium and the atmosphere from Palace fans than I ever thought we'd get.

So (most) Brighton fans are taking defeat on the chin and acknowledging the better team on the night won, and Palace fans are being complimentary about the stadium. Shall we have a group hug at the Selhurst game?

Yes you are. You chucked rocks at old men and women at the train station. You started countless fights around the stadium. You threw bottles at passing Palace fans outside the pubs.

You're a disgrace.

From a rioter/looter, priceless.
