As a genre of music this seemed to explode massively at the turn of the century but then almost as quickly as it came about did it then disappear again.

At the time I wasn't always too fussed by it BUT looking back now there were some real gems of GARAGE that did the rounds back in the day.

Bagleys night club, Stratford rex and the elephant bar upstairs in camden palace.

If you fancied a girl in a club you could just go up to them and start grinding and no one would even look twice.

CORRECT, The proper UK garage scene was BRILLIO (check out any tracks on the Locked on label as above).
