Does anyone on here surf? As in, in the sea on a surfboard. If so where do you surf locally?

many moons ago but:

Southwick Power Station & New Beach mainly, went to wittering once and Newquay..but then I found BEER and decided to stay nice and dry/warm in a pub!

I kite surf, generally in Fuertaventura, but theres many decent places on the French West Coast. Dorset to Cornwall is OK bit flat and unpredictable and as always bloody cold.

Never have and wouldn't but have just come back from a holiday in Tarifa in Southern Spain (near Gibralta), now that's where you wanna surf. It's not known as the wind capital of Europe for nothing.

I windsurf'ed a bit in the past, was utterly crap at it mind - my brother in law does it every weekend though.

Tarifa is way cool, been twice now must get there again !!
