Supporters Bar at Amex

I have seen recently mentions of a Supporters Bar at the Amex - how will this operate - will it be a first come first served entry system or will it be a "members" bar ?
How many will it hold and where abouts in the stadium will it be and will there be access to it from anywhere in the stadium ?

It is located above the shop in the north-west corner and has a capacity of 200, details of entry etc TBA, but I believe it will be on a first-come first-served basis.
