Does anyone use, or have you used, these new breed of supergreen nutrition powders, like Rheal. If so what are/were your thoughts?
I've bought a trial pack and have been using for 3 days now, and I do feel a little brighter/energetic but I'm wondering if this is just in my head?
My diet is ok, but I've been feeling really run down over the last 6 months and I'm hoping they might help me. The quick/convenient nature of these products lured me into giving them a try.
