I think he's a goner, every time he's tried for a player he has been turned down by the chairman.

Obviously, he was never gonna make a decent job of it there... The money men at Forest are tighter than Ken Bates FFS!

If they've got no money, they can't sack him without paying him off, and if the problems are a lack of funding then what's the point in paying him off? Steve McFuckingBastard is not one to walk away without a cheque.

Confirmed on Talksport.

Nott'm Forest should never have got rid of Billy Davies, who did a great job in getting them to the play-offs on a limited budget.

Good call. However Forest have no crisis compared to our own at the Amex. Just read the threads!

Would be a hugely popular appointment with the fans but question is would O'Neill do it? Why would he do it? Very similiar sort of challange to Leicester City so he may feel he's done that sort of job. On the other hand, Forest is in his blood and the opportunity to restore them to the Premiership may be tempting especially as with a new board?

As for us. "Crisis? What crisis?" Nonsense to call it a crisis of course but we can't go on leaking goals. Expectations have been raised due to great start, sell out crowds amid huge surge of optimism surrounding the club and Poyet himself by saying we're play off contenders. The bar is now higher.

The capitulation against Palace and conceding heavily in the last three games has given us a reality check. Will be interesting to see the club's reaction which will show us what they want to achieve this season. Clear Poyet very unhappy with recent preformances so suspect one or two, maybe three loan signings soon as a mid table or lower finish is not want the board or Poyet are planning for.
