Interesting (to me) observation re Baker Street. Gerry Rafferty who wrote the song Baker Street has been missing for a few months after being ejected from a hotel after trashing his room whilst undergoing kidney/liver treatment at a nearby hospital. The article I read this in goes on to say that Rafferty gets royalties of around 80k a year from this song
