It's like beer but thinner and with less taste.

Horrible stuff. Gets me pissed too quickly, tastes crap, and I get very bolshy with it too.

Funny old beer, Stella. Sometimes you can just WOLF it down, other times it does indeed taste a bit foul.

depends how much its watered down?

ive had that with it too. and with most euro-lager..

Neither here nor there
Stella Artois' off-trade sales are bigger than all ales put together.

Clever marketing for an extremely ordinary beer. When people tell me it's their favourite I tell them that's a bit like saying your favourite food is mashed potato. Nothing really WRONG with it, but why restrict yourself to such dullness?

Way out west
The last time I knowingly drank Stella was at my 21st birthday bash, it gave me a hang over that lasted a day and a half, for the first 24 hours I was barely capable of meaningful activity at all. Never to be repeated.
