With the current squad fully fit, what would your starting eleven be if we kicked off the season this Saturday ?

Abort, retry, fail

Whing-----Hinsh---------Lynch-----Rents

--Reid-----Hammond---Fraser-----Cox---

------------Revell---------Elder--------------

Assuming Bertin is out of contract, I would play Fraser in his favoured position.

That's pretty much the team that finished 18th with 53 points last season. So we are all looking forward to another dire relegation battle then ?

Three significant differences............

Whing was here when we were getting our best results and not when here when we were at our worst

Reid was missing and if he is back to his best is effectively a new signing to drive us forward and a good one

Elder could be the 20-goal man....certainly worth a try and will be interesting to watch him pre-season

No it's not.

Whing. Played only a comparatively few games last season on loan. And we did well when he was with us.

Reid. Out for most of last season and we know he's good.

Elder. Only one start last season and played exceptionally well.

Again assuming Bertin isn't staying.

I would probably go with that mate. Not sure about OGH but apart from that it looks good on paper :)
