Southampton help

I Bought my ticket a couple of weeks ago over the phone and they still have not arrived, i am now going to have to call the office on match day and try and sort something out. has anybody been in this kind of situation before? what did you do?

called them afew times but they are only open 9-5 which is the hours i work and could never get through in time, just assumed they would arrive as usual and the game snuck up on me!

Pretty sure if you call them, explain what has happened and the club should send one over to the Southampton ticket office for pick-up on the gate. Happened to a mate before and he done as i said and had no problems!

They should send some duplicates over to the Southampton ticket office, this happened to me before the Peterborough game.
