Lets us know if the stewards try to get you to sit down. I was told they will allow the back 4 rows to stand.

as many have said its becuase the place to be is West rather than North

Swapped seats with them, so no big issue. Stewards left us alone the whole game. West stand very quiet much louder in the north, so glad I chose the north.
