We have 4 season tickets in WSU Row H towards the halfway line. 2 of us have received a replacement smart cards in the last 7 days due to a printing error and this changes the aisle from wse to wsf but not the seat number or the row - we didnt ask for a replacement card by the way. 2 of us haven't received replacement cards and I'm not sure if we should expect replacements as well. Just to make matters awkward 2 of us have gone for spurs tickets and I received a paper ticket for one of them today although I had assumed my smart card was loaded with that on it. Does this mean the smart card for the other seat is still activated? Does anyone know will all aisle wse smart cards be reissued? Sorry if I sound confused but I certainly am!
