Realistic, intelligent and willing to have a laugh.

I've come to expect nothing less from the man.

Also very impressed with Tunnicliffe's interview from before the game. For a 20 year old, he was very well spoken, and sounded like a genuinely bright chap. Makes a refreshing change from a lot of the youngsters you hear in interviews who struggle to string two words together!

A great defender as well. Decisive, assured and wants to play the ball out when he can. I really like him.

So are people starting to think that Tunnicliffe is a decent defender? After a few early wobbles I'm convinced he'll be a very good player for us. Wasn't at Carlise, so would be interested to hear how he did.

As for RS - still is a leg.

Slades interviews are a breath of fresh air after listening to Micky last season.

You sure?

..errrrr...ummm..errrrr......that was the mighty Leeds, not Hereford you know.

He has such a sensible approach and it's a shame some of the keyboard warriors on here can't replicate it.

So it's a couple of wins and suddemly we've gone from relegation fodder lacking ambition to strong candidates for promotion. A couple of losses and we'll be back to square one so why don't people chill, appreciate we are going in the right direction and get behind the team and manager (even when things don't go well) and see where we are in a month or two.

What is obvious though is he has a decent squad which is playing reasonably well and if they maximise their realistic potential - this is a top 10 team and possibly higher.
