Wouldn't it also make sense on their behalf if the chant went 'you only sing when you're rimming (men)'.

What they should have been singing is "You only sing when you're being rimmed (by other men if you're a man)"

I'm sure next time they will do that, even though we were clearly singing when we crushed them at football.

Unfortunately it's not remotely original. We've heard that plenty of times over the years. I have a feeling Gillingham attempted it at the Amex during the last game too (albeit poorly and only once they were losing).

It's about as original as suggesting Cardiff fans are partial to a bit of ovine activity.
