Saw a extract from it in The Times the other day:

There are ribald tales such as the day Palace lost 6-0 away to Millwall and Jordan asked Steve Coppell, the Palace manager at the time, why Neil Ruddock, the defender who was deemed to be overweight, was not involved in the shambles.

“We didn’t have a pair of shorts big enough for him and he would have looked like a right c*** out there,” Coppell replied. “Would have fitted in nicely with the rest of them, then,” Jordan responded.
