After the CMS signing im sure people would be expecting more, however i dont think we need to replace Greer and El Abd, just has a decent replacement.

If we were allowed to bring on a specialist "kicker" for penalties, like NFL teams do for Field Goals and Extra Points, then he would be perfect. beyond that though, he's been a great player, but nothing much left now I'd have thought. Maybe he's the next addition to our scouting team though, as I bet he knows the game around Lancashire inside out.

Isnt he also more of a fullback so would be cover for Calderon more than Greer? Either way may be worth it just for the experience he could pass on.

Far too old, I think he's 40 now. He spent most of last season on the bench or in defensive midfield for Burnley, surely not...........

like i said not a full time replacement for anyone, but could do a job covering for suspensions and injurys.

I would just like to see a player with a lot of experience like we did last season with kish and pervious in years gone by with Simon Morgan.
