Season Ticket Smart Card Top-up

Before i start, i may be being a little stupid.

Please correct me if i am

Along with the lovely smart card for entry to the Amex the letter/leaflet about "10% cashback: the smarcard way of paying" says to go online, enter your fan number an charge up your card to use in the ground.

I've logged onto the ticketing website and nothing. apparently there should be an image of a smart card.

Is this just me, or is anyone else having the same problem?
