So IF we get to the Premiership , having already splashed out on a season ticket we'll be asked for fork out abit more ?

In theory the price shouldn't actually go up:

A £460 season ticket in the Championship = 23 games @ £20.00 per game
A £460 season ticket in the Premier League = 19 games @ £24.00 per game

Not true.

'Target decision date' according to the Brighton & Hove City Council website is 30th April.

There is also an accompanying planning application for the demolition of the old Falmer School buildings for a temporary 684-space car park to be constructed. Target decision date is 22nd May.

And thats what I get for listning to, i heard, that someone told me that.................etc

and not doing the reaserch required to uncover that it could not possible true.

Still think they will be there.
