Scenes like this a thing of the past?

Whilst the better half was watching Eastenders last night I decided to browse through this brilliant website of Brighton and Hove Albion’s glory years Seagulls TV - Relive the Glory Years of 1976-83 and in particular the 10 minute video of our Fa cup semi final victory.

My question is do people think we’ll ever see scenes like this at football again or has the banning of terraces and other restrictions meant it is a thing of the past?
