Right,

Where is the best place to get one in Brighton / hove?

I'm looking for something very substantial and good value for money

Sainsburys. Never had a particularly good roast dinner that isn't home cooked.

Sorry, that's not particularly helpful but if you must go to a pub, try the cooper's cask or the lobster.

Ended up in the coopers cask, for what can only be described as a mound of roast dinner. it was awesome and well worth every penny.

Whereever you go if not in Brighton avoid Toby Carvery (George in Goring) as it is £8.95 for a roast dinner on Sunday but only £5.25 for the same on any other day of the week for the same meal.

Just had a very lovely roast turkey thanks to Mrs Giraffe. Don't think there is any left though.

No roasting chez Krabappel but I have just treated myself to a tremendous crisp sandwich as a sort of reward for my 6 mile run.
