Looking at that link, I didn't realise that Don Estelle died in 2003.

Rather bizarrely, the BBC website editor has selected this comment for publication:-
"One of TV's great comedy character actors from one of the most wonderful sitcoms. His beautifully delivered sardonic manner and his catchphrases 'lovely boy' and 'Mr. la di da Gunner Graham' still make me smile".
NO. That's a comment about Windsor Davies, not Donald Hewlett.
