I have yet to receive mine but am not surprised. Failed to deliver DVD. They do like shooting themselves in the foot. Would I be better investing my money else where.

No - I will check to see what has happened to your renewal pack... but as far as I know it has been despatched. I cannot understand why you didn't receive either this or the DVD (normally I would ask if address is correct, but seeing as I checked this myself at Christmas I know it is). I will see another is sent first class today.
