Why don't you give the ticket office a ring? Have you checked on-line as they should be showing on your account?

Yes, the order shows online. Will call them this afternoon.

Wife tells me Postie has delivered it now. Was expecting the Coventry ticket in the same envelope, though, and the enclosed receipt is for both.

Mine arrived about a week ago and within a few days of ordering. Although I am an Amex season ticket holder and a Seagulls fan for 53 years Reading is my nearest League ground apart from Oxford United. So looking forward to a late start from home for an Albion game and getting back home around 6pm!
