Ramp up event?

This may have been posted already(sorry if it has been) it may be a silly question but will there need to be a ramp up game for the new seats going in for safty reasons? Or is the Fat Boy Slim concerts going act as this event?

I believe a safety certificate is needed, but this will pretty much be a formality. The Amex design is proven in terms of evacuation, fire system, access, etc. Bring on the seats!
