In these days of bad customer service - what about this !!
Bought a sofabed from Ikea in Croyden which was delivered slightly damaged a week later. I rang to complain that day and they offered recompense if i wished to keep it.
Four days later my account was credited with 15% discount.
Apart from my first phone call, i never rang them again, they did all the running.
Fantastic after sales service for a change !!!!!
