Losing to Charlton on live TV would increase fan pressure ten fold especially if they fail to get something from Wednesday. I can't see them sacking him to be honest, he appears to be doing the job they want which is cut the wage bill whilst taking the flack

I have no idea what sort of team Wednesday have and there are always blips and strange result. Palace might make some actual decent signings. There's always a chance of them nicking a point at home.
