One of the THINGS that is not MENTIONED much is the AMOUNT of players that have come on in LEAPS and bounds once they have been COACHED by Gus and Tanno.

El Abd LOOKED like he was a Blue Sq quality only a couple of years ago and now he is championship quality, Murray turned from someone who couldn't give a toss into a 20+ scorer and got his DREAM move, Bridcutt wasn't wanted by anyone and now runs a championship midfield and must be worth £3/4million, Barnes went from being on loan AT Eastbourne to a 20+ League 1 striker and has already been BANGING them in this season.

Under Thicky Micky and Salde WE had DECENT players who became crap with the coaching which is why under Gus we are only going to get better.

I guess you could count bringing Calderon in from almost nowhere and giving Tanno a place four years after he retired.

:D

Adam El-Abd. Game completely turned around since Gus's arrival. Is now relaxed with the ball, can pass, and needless cards have stopped but still fronts up to attempted bullies in opposing teams.

To be fair to Forster, he doesn't seem to hold it against Poyet or the club, and is happy for Jake to stay here.

How good was KLL before he came to us?

Bridcutt had been released by Chelsea as they thought he was too small to dominate in the midfield.

Calderon was playing 2nd division spanish football and going nowhere, till he jumped abord the Gus Bus and made the L1 team of the year.

Noone. Looks a different class of player, than the one we signed last season (he was still good last season BTW, just he's f***ing good now). If and when they get that right foot sorted, we'll have a £10 million winger on our hands.

Ashley Barnes's career was hardly going great at Plymouth until Gus signed him on loan for us.
